We offer 2 Types of Delivery Options for all products.

At Brantashop, we prioritize your shopping experience by offering FREE DELIVERY only on all PREPAID ORDERS. We cover the shipping costs to ensure your products reach you safely, and we appreciate your understanding that returns can incur losses for us.

So when you place your order, please provide a complete address and accept the order when the courier partner comes for delivery.

For Prepaid orders: We offer FREE DELIVERY for Prepaid Customers. There is no order verification time. We will ship your order within 1 day, and we will try to get it delivered to you within 3–4 days.

For CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS: For those who prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), we offer two options to suit your needs:

Express Delivery: If you choose the express delivery option, the charge is 200Rs.

Standard Delivery: If you choose the standard delivery option, the charge is 100Rs.

Please note that COD orders require a verification process, so expect 1-2 days for order verification, an additional day for processing, and a total delivery time of about one 4 to 5 days.

We have an easy 7-day return policy. Simply create a return request and we'll ship you a replacement.
