🔁 Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request
The unboxing video must be:
Continuous (no cuts or edits)
Clearly show the sealed package opening
Clearly show the product and any issue/damage
📸 Photo & Video Proof
In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Unboxing video is compulsory
Clear photos of the product and packaging may also be requested
Requests without proper photo/video proof will not be accepted
💸 Refund Process
Refunds are processed after product inspection
Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
No unboxing video provided
Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse
Minor color or design variations (as shown on the website)
Products returned in used or altered condition
🚚 Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side, return shipping will be arranged by us
If the return is due to personal preference, shipping cost will be borne by the customer
